• Several days without any water

The documentary maker group of CACA-Kabul went to the central regions to search about the eight years drought in Afghanistan. In returning from that hard trip they reported that most of the regions they had visited were deadly suffering from lack of water, for instance the people of Nahoor and Ghazni province, for providing drinking water have to walk more than two hours and this little water might be dried in the next year. The depth of water has reached to 20 to30 meters and the majority of people can not afford digging wells and there are no active institutes there. The green and verdurous field of Nahoor which was one of the world famous everglade has dried completely and there is no sign of verdurous. In Jaghuri village most of the people have abandoned their villages because of water shortage .the expedition group have taken films on base of this trip and probably we will make a documentary film about it.
