Afghan film “ sarzamin pamir’ (pamir Territory) has selected the winner of “Golden Minbar” for the second international festival in Kazan city of Tatarstan of Russia.
The festival competition has attended in three part; story film, animation film, and documentary film. Two films which were competing in this festival were directed by Abdul Malek Shafi'i. The film of “Sarzamin Pamir” (the land of Pamir) won the best prize among others. The other winners of this competition were from Aljazira TV and Russian.

The festival was holding for its second time and in a very high quality. A group of jury film maker from England, Italy, Russia, Iran, Egypt and Azarbyjan were judging this competition. As the authorities of the festival said they are going to improve the quality to hit the level of Can ( کن؟؟؟ ) and Berlin festival.
In the final days of the “Golden Minbar” festival; ambassadors of Arab counties, the director of Russian mufti assembly, prime minister and minister of culture of Tatarstan had been also participated.
