After holding of the successful presidential election on October 2004 the anxiety of parliament elections has prevailed in Afghanistan.there are already many national and international associations for briefing the parliament elections by holding public training and informing workshops. The WUCRA (women union central regions of Afghanistan) has held four work shops  for women in districts of  Bamyan province on December 2004 with technical cooperation's of CACA-Kabul and funded by FES. women's anxiety and eager for appearing in parliament elections was surprising.    it is alleged that in the first presidential elections Bamyan province has gained the most percent of women participants.

 in Afghanistan parliament according the constitution at least two women representatives from each provinces of Afghanistan can enter to the parliament.
